High Temperature Testing

High temperature valve testing can be executed at elevated temperatures up to 800°C to simulate operational conditions and prove that selected materials and designs are suitable for use in a certain critical application.

During these tests, valves are protected against the potential of over-pressurisation (due to expansion of gasses subjected to increasing temperatures), and exceeding the maximum allowable temperatures (induction-heating equipment).

Our test engineers are experienced and trained to conduct this test with appropriate safety precautions.
